Wanneer u zich bij ons aanmeldt wordt telefonisch enige algemene informatie gevraagd, zoals uw persoonsgegevens, wie uw huisarts is en bij welke zorgverzekeraar u aangesloten bent. Daarnaast wordt gevraagd om kort aan te geven wat de aard van de problemen is waarvoor u zich aanmeldt
Zorgt u altijd voor een doorverwijzing vanuit uw huisarts of bedrijfsarts, zo bent u verzekerd van vergoeding vanuit uw zorgverzekering en heeft u geen omkijken naar facturen of betalingen. U kunt zich volledig richten op uw herstel.
